Alkaline Saponification Models: Training local matriarchs to produce non-toxic artisanal soaps and body products - various detergents, shampoos and other important daily general hygiene products; using local biodiversity and traditional, medicinal wood ash—eliminating dependencies on city-sourced chemicals. Strictly with leave no trace- philosophy.
The Eco-Visitor Kit Infrastructure: From locally cultivating, harvesting, colouring, and bundling native cotton textiles, natural soaps, and ancestral ceramics - into curated kits. This builds a guaranteed, reliable revenue stream that flows directly to the female Indigenous artisans, securing microeconomic sovereignty. (Available in Fosser from 2027/2028)
Decentralised Learning Hubs: Laying the long-term groundwork for physical learning hubs where Indigenous women (focused on females, but open for all) can host global digital masterclasses, decoupling local income from physical geography.
