The European Sanctuary at Fosser
Our physical farm base in Fosser, Norway serves as the administrative, research, and community hub for Casa Azul. Here, we merge traditional Scandinavian heritage with cross-disciplinary cognitive neuroscience to create a safe, physical environment right in your local area where people can step away from the stress of modern life, to have a moment to reconnect to nature and to themselves.
Whether you join us as a private individual (b2c), or an executive corporate team (b2b), our immersions use cognitive neuroscience principles like Attention Restoration Theory to eliminate mental fatigue and unlock radical strategic clarity.
Core Programs & Immersions
Sanctuary Immersions
Exclusive, deeply intentional off-grid gatherings hosted around authentic wood-burning stoves in our traditional Sami and Norwegian lavvo/tipis or in a deeply isolated and secluded place in the Norwegian Wilderness. Come explore a luxurious treetop house with us or the glamping set-up. Participants slow down, disconnect entirely from digital noise, and utilise our proprietary somatic frameworks to restore baseline emotional resilience."Live Like the Old Timers" Bushcraft & Survival Courses
Practical, nature-based training under tough environmental conditions. Learn traditional wilderness survival mechanics, advanced fire-making techniques, animal tracking, and sustainable foraging built on a strict Leave No Trace baseline. This course constructs a powerful sense of physical confidence, self-reliance, and deep respect for the land.Neuro-Tactile Expression & Botanical Dyeing Labs
Hosted inside our specialised greenhouse and herb gardens. In these hands-on workshops, participants identify, sustainably forage, and extract chemical-free natural pigments from regional biomass. Led by founder Jenny Hviding and in collaboration with various experts in their field, these natural material based workshops leverage professional national fine art standards to bypass cognitive blockages and spark intuitive, fun and abundant creativity.
