Eimr/Eimi: In Old Norse means: Steam, smoke or reek. Lauga: Old Norse for to bathe or to wash. Just like the Norwegian word for Saturday, Lørdag, comes from Laugardagr—the traditional bath day. Eimilauga literally means to bathe in smoke.
The ancient practice of working with smoke, the element of fire and wind, has been used for centuries. In Norwegian we call this practice Eimilauga. Eimilauga can be practiced for purification, grounding, connection and transitions/rituals.

Safety First:
Burn only in a well-ventilated room; always leave windows open while practicing Eimlauga. Never leave burning incense unattended. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Ensure the embers are completely extinguished after use. Contains concentrated, natural botanical oils and aromatic herbs.
Use with care if sensitive to strong scents. Leave animals out of Eimlauga as well.
